Terms of Service

PRE-LAUNCH COMPLIANCE DRAFT — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE PUBLICATION

These Terms are a review-ready pre-launch draft for Mirynna. They describe the intended operating agreement for Mirynna but must still be finalized with pricing, governing law, and launch jurisdictions before paid or public access.

1. Service

Mirynna is an AI-enabled business software platform that connects supported third-party services, organizes business context, provides analysis and workflow assistance, and can prepare or perform user-authorized actions.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect each business account, store, mailbox, file repository, advertising account, or other service you authorize Mirynna to access.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your Mirynna account. You must promptly notify Mirynna if you believe an account, connected service, or credential has been compromised.

4. Connected services

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and technical limits. Mirynna does not control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or API behavior.

5. Customer and merchant data

You retain responsibility for determining whether you are permitted to provide data to Mirynna and for configuring your connected services appropriately. Mirynna will process merchant or customer data to provide the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

6. AI-assisted output

AI-generated summaries, analyses, recommendations, drafts, and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect. Mirynna is designed to preserve human review for consequential actions, but you remain responsible for evaluating business decisions and confirming actions that require approval.

7. User instructions and approvals

When Mirynna presents an approval gate, the action will not be executed until an authorized user approves it. Approval confirms that the user has reviewed the proposed action and authorizes Mirynna to attempt it through the connected service.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Mirynna to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, bypass provider controls, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with the service, misrepresent identity or authority, or use connected services in a way prohibited by their applicable terms.

9. Service changes and early access

Features, integrations, models, limits, and workflows may change as Mirynna develops. Early-access features may be modified, limited, or discontinued. Material changes to paid plans will be handled according to the commercial terms in effect at that time.

10. Fees

Pricing, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, usage limits, and plan changes will be specified on the applicable order, checkout, or pricing page before paid public launch.

11. Intellectual property

Mirynna and its software, branding, interfaces, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content, subject to the rights needed for Mirynna to process that content to provide the service.

12. Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public confidential information received from the other using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship contemplated by these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Suspension and termination

Mirynna may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, connected providers, or third parties; respond to suspected abuse; comply with law; or address material violations of these Terms. Account termination and data-deletion procedures will be finalized before public launch.

14. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

Final warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification terms, and exclusions must be completed for the governing jurisdiction with qualified legal review before these Terms become effective.

15. Governing law and disputes

This section must be completed with Mirynna's governing law, venue, dispute process, and any arbitration or class-action provisions before public commercial launch.
