Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This is a pre-launch structural draft and is not intended to serve as the final customer agreement. It must be reviewed with the final legal entity, pricing model, supported jurisdictions, service levels, acceptable-use rules, and product configuration before paid or public customer access begins.
1. The service
Mirynna is an AI-enabled business software platform designed to connect supported services, organize business context, assist with analysis and workflow, and perform or prepare authorized actions.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and ensuring they have authority to connect business systems and data to Mirynna.
3. Connected third-party services
Mirynna may interoperate with third-party products and services. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability, permissions, and technical limitations.
4. AI-assisted output
AI-generated analyses, summaries, recommendations, and prepared actions can be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing consequential decisions and outputs before relying on them.
5. User instructions and approvals
Where the product provides an approval step, the user is responsible for reviewing the proposed action and confirming that it should be performed.
6. Acceptable use
Users may not use Mirynna to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or access systems or data without authorization. A final acceptable-use section should be aligned with launch requirements.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellation rights, refunds, taxes, usage limits, and plan changes must be inserted once Mirynna’s commercial pricing is finalized.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change as features, integrations, and workflows evolve. Early-access functionality may be modified, limited, or discontinued as the platform develops.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Final warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification terms, and exclusions should be drafted for the launch entity and governing jurisdiction with legal counsel.
10. Governing law and disputes
This section must be finalized with the legal entity’s governing law, venue, dispute process, and any arbitration or class-action provisions that will apply.
11. Contact
Before launch, this section must be updated with the contracting entity name, legal notice email, and mailing address.
