Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This draft describes the intended privacy framework for Mirynna. It must be reviewed against the final product configuration, business entity information, data-retention settings, subprocessors, and launch jurisdictions before it becomes an effective customer policy.
1. Information Mirynna may process
Depending on the features you use, Mirynna may process account information you provide directly, information made available through connected services you authorize, usage and diagnostic information, and information you submit when requesting support.
2. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service, Mirynna may receive and process information made available by that service within the permissions you authorize. Connected services may include productivity, commerce, advertising, communication, file, task, and other business systems.
3. How information may be used
Information may be used to provide and operate Mirynna, authenticate users, deliver connected features, generate requested analyses and workflows, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, improve reliability, and provide support.
4. Service providers
Mirynna may use infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. The final policy should identify material subprocessors and the purposes for which they process information.
5. Data retention
Retention periods should be defined based on the final production architecture, customer controls, legal requirements, and operational needs. This section must be finalized before customer launch.
6. Security
Mirynna uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. The final policy should include the request process and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures required at launch.
8. Changes to this policy
When an effective Privacy Policy is published, material updates should be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
9. Contact
Before launch, this section must be updated with the legal business name, privacy contact email, mailing address, and any required representative information.
